FixIT is a solution for companies, institutions, or administrative bodies that use networked computers, printers, and other IT equipment in one or more locations in their day-to-day business, and do not plan on investing in expensive monitoring solutions or specialized personnel.
The FixIT service is based on the use of cutting-edge technology that works without interrupting what the users are doing. The IT systems of the contracting parties are monitored 24 hours a day through the Control and Operations Center. In addition to the vCIO service, which is based on analysis and system improvement tips, the service includes a system for managing antivirus and backup solutions.
The focus is on preventative action instead of extinguishing the fire as is the case with a traditional maintenance service.
Provides remote monitoring and maintenance of computers, and depending on the type of service, Ventex technicians arrive at the client's location and maintain servers, computers, peripherals, network equipment at all required locations. The Ventex team provides ongoing customer support for the implementation and maintenance of server systems with platform and technical services during and after the warranty expires. A similar system is used for large and complex IT systems throughout the world, and Ventex adapted it and made it financially accessible to smaller Croatian companies. There are three service packages available to users: FixIT Basic, FixIT Standard and FixIT Opti. Prices are defined based on the amount of maintained equipment and are updated as the number changes.
The heart and brain of the entire platform is the Central Management Console in the form of a Cloud application. The central console is a central location for monitoring, managing and automating processes.
The central console communicates with all network devices using standard network protocols such as ftp, ping, wmi, snmp, odbc, http, https… All the communication is done via a secure channel through which information is exchanged. The data is updated in 5-minute intervals and a total of more than 500 services are monitored.
